Devon is a Nashville native, born and raised in Brentwood, TN. She currently resides in Spring Hill, TN with her fiancé and their two fur babies, Georgia and Kaia.

Her and her team wants to use their talents to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. When you hire Lily & Lace, you are not only helping their business, you are also supporting the fight against domestic violence. 15% of all of our proceeds go to a local, non-for profit charity, that provides aid to women and children who are currently suffering, or have suffered, from domestic violence. 

About Us

Who are we?

Lily and Lace was founded in 2022 by owner, Devon Dixon. Devon is a dog mom, Christ follower, and lover of all things that allows her and her family to help others. Lily & Lace was created because Devon wants to use the talents the Lord has given her to be able to bless others. Devon and her mother, Terri Dixon combined their talents in 2023 to be able to offer more services and serve a greater community. 

Why Lily & Lace?

Your special day should be just that, special, NOT stressful. Devon has had many years of experience in the professional world of finance that has allowed her to develop the traits needed to be a successful event coordinator. Some of the most important things you need when coordinating an event is the ability to be organized, staying in communication with all parties, being knowledgeable and compassionate, and getting things done while staying calm in a high stress environment. Lily and Lace will go above and beyond to meet your expectations for your special day plus some!
